CodeThread Solutions Pvt Ltd (“CodeThread”, “we”) is a company registered in India and based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. We are the data fiduciary for information collected through this website.

Grievance Officer

In line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, our Grievance Officer is Om Prakash Tripathi, reachable at support@codethreadsolutions.com. This is the same officer named in the Fifefy privacy policy, and they handle grievances for both this website and the app.

This notice applies to this website only. If you use the Fifefy app, that service is governed by its own privacy policy, which you can read at fifefy.com/legal/privacy.

What we collect

Information you send us

If you use the contact form or email us, we receive the details you choose to provide — typically your name, email address, optionally your organisation, the topic you selected, and the content of your message. We use this solely to read and reply to your enquiry.

Server logs

Our hosting infrastructure records standard technical information when a page is requested, including IP address, browser user agent, the page requested and the time of the request. These logs exist to keep the site running and secure, and are not used to build a profile of you.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies and does not run third-party analytics. There is nothing here for you to consent to or opt out of. If that changes, this notice will be updated before the change goes live.

Why we are allowed to use it

We process contact-form information because you have voluntarily submitted it to us in order to be contacted back, and we process server logs on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure and functioning website. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who else sees it

Enquiries are delivered to a company mailbox and read by our team. We use infrastructure and email providers to host the site and deliver mail; they process data on our instructions and for no other purpose. We do not share your information with anyone else unless we are legally required to.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is retained for as long as it is useful to the conversation and our records, and no longer than three years from your last message unless you have become a customer or partner. Server logs are retained on a short rolling window.

Where it is stored

Data associated with our products is stored in India. Correspondence sent to our company mailbox is held with our email provider, which may process it outside India; if you would prefer your enquiry not to be handled that way, please post to us at the address above instead.

Your rights

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:

• confirm what personal data of yours we hold and how we use it;
• correct anything inaccurate or incomplete;
• erase data we no longer have a reason to keep;
• nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf if you are unable to;
• raise a grievance about how we have handled your data.

Email support@codethreadsolutions.com and we will respond within the timeframe the Act requires. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India.

Children

This website is intended for a general business audience and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children through it.

Changes to this notice

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and move the “last updated” date above. Material changes will be described rather than made silently.
